I am currently studying at Portland State University, and I want to focus on my education, that why I do not have time to work. Actually, I really want to have a job and have income that I can gain my goals, make my dreams come true. I hope that I can have a job and it matches with my school schedule that I can work and go to school the same time.

I can not say all in words, but the reason makes me apply this job because I want to have a chance to experience, communicate and help people, I know there are lots of people like my mom, my dad, my grandma, newcomers do not speak English well, every time they are going to the bank and they need a translator, but no one in that bank speak Vietnamese, so I hope I can have an opportunity to work at the bank, specially U.S Bank (my parents, my grandma, my uncles, aunties are U.S Bank’s customers) to help customers like my parents and newcomers are easy to communicate and help them.

I must respond to the customer in a professional & timely manner and be courteous. The customer needs to feel as if they are my only customer and the issue that they have is my issue too. I need to make the customer feel that I am doing everything in my power to resolve their problem as quickly as possible, and that the fix will be a permanent fix, not a work-around until something else is done. You need to keep the customer up to date on the progress on resolving their issue. If it takes longer than a day to resolve, call them and give them a status update on their issue. I am not satisfied until the customer is satisfied.

My work experience in this position support me to enhance my skills as a professional and customer services allow me to develop the skills and ability that I will ensure my success in the future.

I have been working at Top Solar Nails for 4 years, it was a great time working with amazing people over there. However, I am starting to feel like I need some new challenges for myself and looking for an opportunity to work in another position. I would like to experience in new environment. This position really appeals me because it would allow me to work and interact with a new team and new journey in my life.
